Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time, from within your account, prior to your next auto-renewal date. Once your subscription is cancelled, you will continue to receive any boxes that are remaining on your plan (i.e. boxes that you have already paid for), but your subscription will no longer auto-renew at the end of your then current subscription term. Please note that cancelling a subscription does not prevent the shipment of boxes associated with the subscription, nor does it actuate a refund for the subscription. Concerns regarding any aspect of the cancellation policy should be directed to support@gomember.care.
